What is included with the service?

Neaters vacuum/mop floors, disinfect toilets, showers, bathtubs, and sinks, clean counters/mirrors, load dishwasher with any dirty dishes, make beds, dust blinds/surfaces, cleanup clutter, and take the trash out.

I’m very picky on where things go, how will Neat ensure i’m satisfied?

Neaters are thoroughly vetted before gaining access to the Neat platform. We only choose people who share the same standards we do, where exceptional service in each member’s home is a top priority. This is validated by member ratings and tips. If for any reason you aren’t satisfied with your Neat, please reach out so we can make it right.

I have a housekeeper, why do I need Neat?

Neat provides an easy to use App based approach to house keeping. You can setup a recurring house cleaning schedule that works for you and easily reschedule/cancel services in your app. Neat can also provide an alternative Neater when your regular Neater is unable to provide your normal service.

Can I choose my Neater?

Neat will pair you with Neaters you have rated the most highly.

Do I have to be home?

No you do not. In the app, you can specify how Neaters should gain access to your home. Our Neaters will take care of your home, so that when you return, it will be like coming back to a made-up hotel room. You are also welcome to stay home during the service. Our Neaters are trained to work quietly and efficiently.
